A perfect ‘add on’ if you have completed our Signature Course and want to focus on hypnobirthing.
This session will leave you and your birth partner feeling calm and confident about birth, knowing you have hypnobirthing skills to support you through each stage of labour for a calmer, more comfortable and positive birth experience.Can be tailored to your needs and usually covers:

The importance of creating an optimal birth environment
How to support key birth hormones

Preparing for Breastfeeding
A 3-hour breastfeeding preparation class includes:
The benefits of breastfeeding (for your baby and for you)
How to get breastfeeding off to a good start (skin to skin, feeding early and often, encouraging your supply, avoiding artificial nipples, rooming in etc)
What to expect in the early days (how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, hunger cues, satiety cues, poo talk, sleep patterns, crying (what is normal), baby blues, engorgement, etc
Importance of a good latch (and how to perfect one) and common positions for breastfeeding
How to prevent and treat common breastfeeding issues/problems

Pre and Postnatal Yoga
Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby or navigating life after birth, these weekly yoga classes are designed to support your body, mind, and heart through every phase of the journey. Classes in central Brussels
Prenatal Yoga – Mondays, 12:00–1:00 PM
This class is a safe and supportive space to connect with your changing body, prepare for birth, and build confidence as you move toward motherhood.
Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help reduce common pregnancy discomforts and build physical and emotional resilience.You’ll leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected—to yourself, your baby, and a community of fellow moms-to-be.
Open to all trimesters. No prior yoga experience needed.
Postnatal Yoga – Mondays, 10:30–11:30 AM
Postnatal yoga helps you rebuild strength and find calm in the often overwhelming early postpartum period.
This class focuses on gentle core and pelvic floor recovery, easing tension in the neck and shoulders, and finding mindful movement that supports your healing and well-being.Babies (pre-crawling) are welcome to join you!
